As tradition has it, we celebrate St Martin’s Eve with roast duck and everything that goes with it.

Roast duck and all the trimmings
St Martin’s Eve is the night before St Martin’s Day, and in Denmark it means roast duck. Once again this year we keep the tradition with an entirely classic menu: endive tarte tatin to begin with, then roast duck with potatoes, red cabbage and duck sauce.
